The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) has completed an investigation into Norske Shell and contractors’ own follow-up of incidents involving objects last year at Nyhamna.
The industry body said it found no non-conformities but that a number of improvements were identified.
The PSA said the improvement points related primarily to deficient requirements in the governing documents.
It was found Shell and its contractors have performed good investigations of the individual incidents.
