Europa Oil & Gas, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration, development and production company focused on Europe, has formally accepted the award of four new Licensing Options as part of phase two of the 2015 Atlantic Ireland licensing round.
The announcement was first made last week as part of the Irish government’s awards process.
Europa has taken on licences 16/19 in the South Porcupine Basin, 16/20 and 16/21 in the Slyne Basin and 16/22 in the Padraig Basin.
Three of the licences are three year terms, with 16/19 valid for two years.
