Workers on Statoil’s Mariner project have been injured while carrying out construction work for its flagship North Sea Mariner project.
The company said two people were injured at a shipyard in South Korea in the third incident over the last three months.
The Norwegian operator said there had been two accidents involving the Mariner project, while another incident took place earlier this month involving the Aasta Hansteen project.
A spokesman said two serious incidents had taken at two different shipyards in South Korea.
