Industry body Oil & Gas UK (OGUK) has released guidelines for firms to help them understand and follow Health and Safety Executive rules.
OGUK published two reports for operators providing more information on well examination.
The advice was prepared by the Well Life Cycle Practices Forum, which was established as part of the UK’s response to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill in April last year.
