Completions systems specialist Tendeka has won two new contracts in the Middle East worth up to $10million.
The Aberdeen-based firm has secured deals for its zonal isolation and inflow control technology.
It has been re-awarded the contract to supply PDO with swellable solutions for all fields in Oman. The $5m deal will span five years, with an optional two-year extension.
Tendeka has been present in Oman since 2002 and has deployed over 4,000 of its Swellfix packers for PDO since that time.
In a separate $5million deal Tendeka will provide a major operator with inflow control device (ICD) completions and swellable packers. The four-year contract will mark the first ICD installations for the client.
Tendeka’s Derek Taylor, said: “The Middle East has always been a key region for Tendeka and the award of two major contracts builds on our previous successes here.”
