Production has been shut down on the platform a helicopter was travelling from in the North Sea after a helicopter crash.
Statoil said it had taken the decision to allow those working on Gullfaks B to “process their grief” following the incident.
A total of 13 people were on board including 11 passengers and two crew when the incident happened.
Emergency teams have stood down with 13 people presumed dead following the incident at around noon today.
The Norwegian Prime Minister has paid tribute to the relatives of those involved in the crash, while all flights have been cancelled by Statoil.
