Halliburton staff are believed to have been on the North Sea helicopter which crashed off the coast of Norway.
A union shop steward,Knut Neslandskyrkja,for the company in the country said it was a “terribly sad day” for Halliburton.
It’s understood four workers on the flight had been employed by the company.
Aker Solutions previously confirmed four of its workers – including one contractor – had died during the incident.
A total of 13 people were on board the flight when it crashed at around noon.
A search is continuing for two people while 11 bodies have been found.
