New images give an up-close look at the Transocean Winner as it remains stranded off the Western Isles.
The 17,000 tonne drilling rig has ran aground after it was blown ashore.
It had been under tow west of Lewis when it was hit by severe storms.
The rig had become detached from the tug boat overnight before it ran aground at the beach of Dalmore in the Carloway area.
Experts have been on pollution watch since last night after the huge oil rig ran aground in stormy weather off the Western Isles.
