NHV said it has successfully started H175 helicopter operations in Denmark for Maersk Oil.
The contract includes provision of passenger and freight transport services to oil installations in the North Sea from Esbjerg.
The company will provide a dedicated crew, technicians and two Airbus H175 and H155 helicopters for the Maersk operations.
NHV now has a fleet of eight H175 aircraft in its fleet.
The H175 is specifically designed to meet evolving mission needs in the oil and gas industry.
In July, it was revealed NHV was less than a month away from completing work on a new passenger terminal in Aberdeen.
NHV started transporting workers from Aberdeen International Airport (AIA) to North Sea installations at the start of 2016 as part of a contract with Chevron.
Since then, NHV has been operating out of its new hanger at AIA, while work on its passenger terminal has been on-going.
