The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) said a non-conformity has been identified in relation to procedures on the Gjoa facility.
An audit was carried out in August as a follow-up to load-bearing structures and maritime systems on the Gjoa facility.
The objective of the audit was to assess the firm’s established routines in accordance with regulatory requirements and to verify the routines’ compliance.
One non-conformity was identified in connection with procedures while an improvement point was identified concerning third-party verification of documents.
Engie has been given a deadline of November 15th to report on how the non-conformity and improvement point will be dealt with.
