Statoil is said to be looking for approval from the Norwegian government for the Mim prospect in the North Sea.
It is located in license 159B and is close to the Alve and Norne field.
Drilling is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of next year and the estimated work time is around 44 days.
According to reports, Statoil also has an option for a sidetrack to cover the work in Mim North and South.
