A former warehouse facility owned by French energy giant Total has gone on the market in Aberdeen.
The site in the Altens Industrial estate is up for sale after the company found new facilities elsewhere in the oil capital.
It’s understood no fixed price has been put on the site but FG Burnett are said to be in talks with a number of potential buyers.
Other occupiers located nearby include Maersk, NorSea Group, Weatherford and Amec Foster Wheeler.
Earlier this month, it was also revealed Total could become the new occupier of the west campus building in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
Total said it had inked a “conditional contract” with Subsea 7 to lease the premises.
Last month, it was revealed Baker Hughes had put one of its Aberdeen premises up for sale.
