KCA Deutag has filled 300 North Sea jobs after a recruitment drive earlier this year.
The company said in March it was looking for 150 staff members on each of its two Category J jack-up rigs in the Norwegian sector.
A spokeswoman confirmed all the roles had now been offered to oil workers.
The roles were secured by some personnel who were already employed as part of the organisation which supports the building process or in preparing the rigs for operations.
KCA Deutag was also on the lookout for operational personnel onshore.
