Chrysaor is poised to become the biggest tenant in The Capitol building in Aberdeen.
It comes just a few months after sealing a $3.8billion deal with Royal Dutch Shell for a string of North Sea assets.
The Capitol, on the Granite City’s iconic Union Street, is expected to become the new home for around 200 of the firm’s employees.
