Aquamarine Subsea has won a frame agreement with Songa Offshore for the provision of a high pressure manifold classing program on four CAT D rigs.
The contract has been signed for an initial period of five years, with an option of five additional years.
Aquamarine will be responsible for the continuous classing of all high-pressure manifolds for the four CAT D rigs.
The work will consist of upgrading, exchanging and re-certifying components such as valves, blocks and spools.
Upgrade and re-certification work will be carried out at the Aquamarine Subsea Jorpeland facility.
