North Sea helicopter flights are being delayed due to the bad weather in the north-east.
Heavy rain as well as thunder and lightning have struck the Aberdeen area this morning, causing a number of offshore helicopter transfers to be delayed.
Operators Bristow, Babcock and CHC have all been affected.
CHC’s 7am Shell flight returned to Aberdeen due to the weather.
The 7.05am flight for Total also returned.
CHC’s scheduled flights to the Beryl Bravo, the Harding field, Brent Bravo, Safe Caledonia, Everest gas field and Forties Charlie are also on hold.
Operations in Shetland are also on hold.
Babcock’s flights to the Golden Eagle, Scott Maersk Highlander are also on hold due to the weather.
Bristow has flights for Conoco Phillips, Dana, Repsol, Marathon and Petrofac on hold.
