North Sea well services firm BiSN has appointed a new operations manager as part of plans for global growth.
Paul Braiden takes on the role with more than 20 years of experience in the sector, responsible for worldwide field operations.
Mr Braiden has worked in various roles with Schlumberger, Welltec and DynaEnergetics.
BiSN, which is based in Warrington last year announced plans for a £2million North Sea hub.
The company also carries out work in Norway, the Gulf of Mexico, North America and Angola
Last month the firm won the Great Company-SME and Innovator accolades at the Offshore Achievement Awards.
Chief executive officer, Paul Carragher, said: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to the BiSN team. His excellent track record and experience is a tremendous asset and provides us with an excellent platform for continued growth in 2018.
“BiSN has celebrated a raft of achievements so far this year, having been awarded significant investment from the Aberdeen-based Oil & Gas Technology Centre (OGTC) and also winning two Offshore Achievement Awards. Having Paul on board as we build on this success stands us in great stead as demand for our unique downhole technology continues to increase.”
