Westhill-based engineering and technology firm Texo Group today announced two top tier appointments following a recent acquisition.
Robert Dalziel joins as group managing director and Garry Kennie has been appointed engineering director for Texo Engineering.
The appointments follow this week’s acquisition of Peterhead-based consultancy Navitas Compliance Solutions (NCS) for an undisclosed sum.
Texo Group said that Mr Dalziel has a technical background and over twenty-four years’ experience in the field of engineering, mainly within the oil and gas sector.

Mr Kennie has a background in engineering and comes from working for a number of operator and drilling companies in both Aberdeen and Houston, Texas.
