A Netherlands based subsea service firm has opened a new facility in Blyth, north-east England.
DeepOcean will use its new purpose built asset and project support base to provide integrated mobilisation, storage, logistics and maintenance servicing.
The firm has offices in Norway, the UK, Holland and Mexico, carrying an extensive track record and strong portfolio of services.
The opening of the Blyth facility is conveniently located for road, rail and air connections, as well as immediate and easy marine access to the North Sea area.
It also comprises two heavy lift cranes, with crane support of up to 250Te, and two deepe water berths.
