Shell has confirmed that all crew returned to the Brent Charlie platform yesterday.
A total of 135 workers were taken off the installation last week after a power failure.
With severe weather forecast, the company decided it would be safer to remove non-essential staff with help from the coastguard.
They were moved to the nearby Brent Alpha and Bravo rigs.
Power was restored to the platform, located 115 miles north-east of Lerwick, on Wednesday night.
