Fintech firm nSYS Services, of Aberdeen, said yesterday it had secured new contracts worth £500,000 during the first half of 2019.
The company, which specialises in intelligent financial systems for a range of applications including invoicing, credit management, recruitment, tracking and billing, said the three-year deals with two London based clients was part of a new in-house marketing strategy.
They will see NSYS deliver services to fast food firm Demipower and facilities management specialist Facilicom.
NSYS managing director Julian Keating – a former Army and British Airways helicopter pilot – said: “We are looking forward to working with both Demipower and Facilicom and bringing them increased productivity through our purchase to pay services.
“We have put a lot of work into our marketing strategy, so it is satisfying from our own business’ perspective to secure these two major deals in the first half of the year.”
Founded more than 30 years ago, nSYS helps clients to identify opportunities to automate and connect their supply chain electronically to deliver cost savings, visibility, control and compliance across financial and operational systems.
Until a few years ago, the company was largely focused on customers in the North Sea oil and gas industry.
But the slump in oil prices and the havoc that caused for the north-east economy forced it to look to other markets for new business.
The company – based on Waterloo Quay – now has clients throughout the UK, including some of Britain’s largest firms, in the energy, manufacturing and public sectors.
