The city of Aberdeen is set to host this year’s World Energy Cities Partnerships Annual General Meeting (WECP AGM).
The AGM will begin on September 4 and run alongside the Offshore Europe conference 2019 being held at P&J Live.
The WECP, started in 1995, now connects 19 of the world’s most top energy capital cities.
This year’s AGM will include a delegate and B2B programme, panel sessions, keynote speakers, seminars and industry visits.
The Lord Provost of Aberdeen Barney Crockett said: “As vice-president of the World Energy Cities Partnership, I am looking forward to welcoming my fellow mayors and delegations from across the globe to Aberdeen for the World Energy Cities Partnership 2019 AGM.
“Aberdeen is transforming – we continue to work with our stakeholders to retain and enhance the city’s reputation as a global energy hub and world class business location while attracting further investment.”
