An oil worker has been evacuated from a North Sea rig today after falling ill.
A Norwegian rescue helicopter arrived on Total’s Elgin platform at around 1.30pm before taking the employee to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
The platform is around 150 miles east of Aberdeen.
