An Aberdeen based well management firm has completed the planning and supervision of a four well abandonment campaign in the UK Central North Sea on behalf of Antrim Energy.
Zenith Energy carried out the well examination and supervision of operations for the Canadian based operator, which formed part of a multi-client plug and abandonment (P&A) campaign.
The rigless P&A campaign included three suspended wells on the Fyne Licence (P077, Block 21/28a) and one suspended well on the Erne Licence (P1875, Block 21/29d).
UK managing director for Antrim Energy, Murray Chancellor, said: “Successfully abandoning these four suspended wells as part of a rigless campaign has been a very good achievement for Antrim. Zenith Energy’s input to the campaign has been a crucial part of this achievement.”
