Wellesley Petroleum has hired a Transocean semi-submersible rig for work in the northern North Sea.
The Transocean Arctic will drill two exploration wells in the Måløy Slope area, with the contract due to commence on June 1st.
Plans are also being made to drill an exploration well to test an extension of the currently stranded Grosbeak Discovery.
