Santos Energy has strengthened its team with the appointment of two new non-executive directors.
The company said both Peter Hearl and Guy Cowan will also be appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee.
Hearl joins the board with more than 30 years’ experience in operating and development roles.
Meanwhile, Cowan is a director of UGL Limited as well as a chairman of Queensland Sugar Limited.
