SeaBird Exploration said today that one of its vessels would be used in a 2D seismic survey campaign in South America.
SeaBird did not say who the client was or how much money it would receive.
The company, which has a fleet of five vessels, is listed on the Oslo stock exchange with headquarters in Cyprus.
The project is expected to start in late December 2016 and will last about 45 days.
SeaBird will be using the Northern Explorer for the project.
