Around 400,000 protesters turned out for a demonstration in Seoul, South Korea, amid an ongoing row over employment conditions.
The members of the Korean Confederation of Trade Union are rallying against the government’s labour policy.
The protesters are demanding better working conditions and want companies to stop using temporary employees.
The demonstration is the latest challenge to Moon Jae-in’s presidency.
He promised labour reforms during his campaign – a vow that many workers feel has been left unfulfilled.
South Korea is home to some of the biggest industrial yards in the world, many focused on oil and gas infrastructure.
