This futuristic looking building may look like something straight out of the science fiction section – but it is currently being built in Taiwan.
And the curving Tao Zhu Yin Yuan tower in Taipei is built to ‘eat’ carbon emissions – making it architecturally and environmentally unique.
The 21 story building was designed to look like the structure of DNA and is covered in 23,000 trees.
The 90 degree twist that the building goes through allows for the most exposure for the open air gardens – capable of absorbing 130 tonnes of carbon dioxide from the air each year.
