Subsea technology firm EC-OG has signed up for an extra 1,200sq ft in the recently refurbished Davidson House on Campus One at Aberdeen Innovation Park.
It takes the firm’s total floorspace at the Moorfield Group-owned property to 2,230sq ft. A new four-year lease has been agreed at a rental of £20.75 per sq ft.
EC-OG commercial director Heather Sharkey said: “Davidson House provides the perfect location for our expansion plans.”
Meanwhile, information management services business Evolve iMS has relocated to 5 Queens Terrace, Aberdeen, in order to accommodate a rapidly expanding team.
The firm, which recently secured deals worth £400,000 with major UK companies, was previously based in North Silver Street.
A tenancy for the 1,000sq ft new premises was agreed late last year with Savills.
Evolve iMS – led by service delivery manager Lisa Reid – aims to double its current six-strong team over the next year.
