An Aberdeen-based subsidiary of global drilling giant Noble is relocating from Farburn Industrial Estate, Dyce, to the Stratus building at ABZ Business Park.
Noble will occupy the whole building, which is spread across ground and two upper floors and totals 16,591sq ft, on a 10-year lease. Savills acted for Noble Drilling (Land Support) in the deal, with Ryden representing Stratus owner GSS Developments.
Dan Smith, director at Savills in Aberdeen, said it was one of the largest office lettings in Aberdeen’s out-of-town market this year, adding: “This deal further supports the “flight to quality” in Aberdeen, with occupiers continuing to trade up the quality of their office accommodation.”
Noble declined to comment.
