Moorfield Group has welcomed offshore services firm Namaka Subsea to the Innovation Centre in its Energy Park in Aberdeen.
The new tenant has taken occupancy of Unit 16 on a three-year lease, giving it room for expansion.
Namaka Subsea offers consulting services, including operational and technical auditing for diving and remotely-operated vehicle contractors, to the oil and gas industry.
Moorfield Group said: “The Innovation Centre continues to generate positive demand and this deal is a strong endorsement of our proactive investment strategy.”
Another recent letting at the Innovation Centre saw marketing firm Azzurro Blu adding 543sq ft of office space, giving it 1,346 sq ft.
