Oil and gas treatment firm PWA-ProSep says it is looking to continue its rapid growth after landing deals worth more than £6million this year.
The Houston-based firm, which has offices in Aberdeen, was formed from the merger of Produced Water Absorbents and ProSep last November.
The company, with offers treatment solutions for the oil and gas industry, is looking to expand its workforce to 110, said it had picked up new contracts in Africa and Latin America already this year.
“We have ambitious growth plans and these contracts secured in early 2014 demonstrate the value of our innovative approach to oil, gas and water treatment,” said business development chief John Sabey.
“Our technologies are helping our clients to increase oil recovery and comply with environmental regulations. We are confident our unique approach to these challenges will continue to deliver impressive results.”
Among the deals secured is a £3million order in the Republic of Benin, and a £1.5million deal in Venezuela to produce treatment for onshore oil and solids removal.
