Rockefeller Hughes has confirmed the resignation of one of its officers.
Gary Lancaster has resigned as General Counsel of the Company for reasons described as “personal”.
The firm has thanked Mr Lancaster for his contribution to the company and has wished him well for the future.
There are no immediate plan to fill the position, but the board of directors said the situation will be reviewed.
Rockefeller is an emerging junior oil and gas company engaged in the production, acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties based in the US.
