The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) said it found a number of non-conformities on the Rowan Viking facility regarding emergency preparedness and logistics.
The four non-conformities found included fire stations, life jackets, competence and training and crushing hazards.
Seven improvement points were also identified in regard to training and drills, emergency lighting, securing of evacuation routes when heeling and maintenance of lifting facilities and lifting
gear.
The company has now been given until May 2 to report on how the non-conformities and improvement points will be dealt with.
