ConocoPhillips said its chief financial officer will retire after more than 35 years with the company.
The move is one of a number of executive leadership changes.
The current executive vice president of commercial, business development and corporate planning, Don Wallette will become the company’s new financial head.
Meanwhile, executive vice president of technology and projects Al Hirshberg, will oversee the company’s production drilling and projects.
Matt Fox, currently executive vice president of exploration and production, has been named executive vice president of strategy, exploration and technology.
