Piotr Rozwadowski has joined the board of San Leon Energy following the resignation of previous director Con Casey.
Casey leaves San Leon “with immediate effect” but will remain as an advisor to the company.
Rozwadowski, a former vice minister of state for the Polish treasury, joins the board with 25 years of experience in the country’s energy sector, along with senior board positions at Belos-PLP and Aurelian Oil & Gas, which was recently acquired by San Leon.
“Piotr brings with him a wealth of experience and his industry and regional knowledge of the energy market in Poland will be vital for the Company going forward,” said Oisin Fanning, chairman of San Leon.
“The board would also like to thank Con for his contribution over the last year and look forward to continuing to work with him in his new capacity as an advisor to the Company.”
