UK oil exploration firm Forum Energy has appointed Eric Recto as a non-executive director.
The 49-year-old Filipino, currently chair of the Philippine Bank of Communications, was previously undersecretary of finance in the country.
“We are delighted to welcome Eric Recto onto the board of Forum,” said chairman Robin Nicholson.
“Eric brings a wealth of expertise and experience which will benefit the company going forward.”
