The boss of an Aberdeen energy consultancy is to join US-focused firm North American Petroleum as a director.
Andrew McHardy, who is managing director of Blue Skies Energy Resources, has joined the US onshore-focused group as a non-executive director.
“His extensive managerial and technical experience makes him a valuable addition to our team,” said North American Petroleum managing director Stefan Olivier.
“We look forward to working with him as we continue to rapidly build net production and reserves by acquiring and developing leases in proven US onshore formations, such as the Mississippi Lime in Oklahoma.”
