RMEC has made two senior appointments.
Industry veteran Tony Kitchener has been appointed to the oilfield services company’s board as a non-executive director, while Andy Paterson has been named financial controller.
Kitchener, who previously held senior roles at Expro Group and Baker Hughes, said: “RMEC is at a very exciting stage in its development and is operating in a growth sector of the industry. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be involved in its continued expansion both in the UK and internationally and I look forward to using my experience to help shape the company at a strategic level over the next few years.”
The appointments come as the firm looks to nearly double its turnover from £9million to £16million. Earlier this year, the company announced a £7.5million investment from Maven Capital Partners.
