Eos Petro has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new chief executive.
The company has appointed Alan Gaines to the role with more than 30 years’ experience in energy investment.
Gaines founded Dune Energy in recent years where he served as chairman.
He said: “I am extremely pleases to be associated with Eos and its distinguished board of directors. I fully expect that our team will grown Eos into a formidable and intelligently capitalised company in the near future.
“Our goal will always be to fully maximise shareholder value.”
