Enjoy a 6-course dinner while listening to the music of Adele, performed Katie Markham, back by popular demand. The wonderful Drums ‘n’ Roses pipe and drum band will perform traditional Scottish music and pop songs on the lead up to midnight. After toasting the bells, a piper will lead you outside to watch the fireworks display before you dance the night away. When your feet finally give up, it’s time to retire to one of the classically elegant rooms at our award winning hotel. The following morning you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast in the 4th floor Road Hole restaurant, overlooking the famous Old Course and West Sands beach. Then it’s up to you – a refreshing walk along the beach, explore the town of St Andrews, or relax and replenish your mind and body in the brand new Kohler Waters Experience Spa, opening this December.
