The Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) and Region Stavanger is hosting an event for north-east businesses interested in trading in the region on Wednesday.
Stavanger calling Aberdeen will see more than 10 partners presenting the possibilities and attractions in and around Stavanger.
Anyone already doing business in the city, considering starting trading there or just thinking about visiting the Norwegian fjords, is invited to join the event at Park Inn by Radisson, Aberdeen, in the Lennox Suit from 6-9pm. Go to www.nbccuk.com.
The NBCC, a not for profit organisation, was founded in London in April 1906 by Norwegian business people who wanted to promote trade between Norway and Britain.
NBCC’s Aberdeen chapter was launched in 2006 and is active in promoting Norwegian-British trade in the Aberdeen area.
Members are spread all across Britain and Norway. It is an independent, non-profit making organisation with a mission to promote trade and investment between Norway and the UK, and to provide a professional and social arena for business people. It works closely with government bodies, including the Norwegian Embassy in London and the British Embassy in Oslo, and other trade organisations.
