Nominations are open for an award to recognise Scotland’s marine energy pioneers.
The 2014 Saltire Prize medal, which will be presented in March, was launched as part of the Scottish Government’s £10million Saltire Prize project to drive wave power projects around the country.
The award looks to recognise someone who has led global innovation in marine energy, and driven the development of green power projects.
Previous winners include wave energy leader Professor Stephen Salter and Pelamis founder Richard Yemm.
Nominations for the award close on February 7. More details can be found here.
