The UK’s renewable-energy industry is gearing up for next week’s Global Offshore Wind 2015 event in London.
Taking place at the ExCeL centre on Wednesday and Thursday, it will bring together 2,000 international exhibitors and delegates for two days of debates, seminars and keynote speeches.
More than 100 experts from a range of industry organisations and the world of politics will add their collective experience and insights on the UK’s offshore technical expertise, latest innovations and policy experience.
The event, the 14th in an annual series, is organised by RenewableUK.
It follows hot on the heels of the UK Government announcing it is ending subsidies for onshore windfarms by closing existing payment schemes a year early.
