Akastor ASA has appointed a new chief executive.
Jacobs Engineering Group has strengthened its senior team after picking a new chief executive. The company has named Steven Demetriou as head of the company, and he will also be elected to the board. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in global business leadership and most recently served as chief executive of Aleris Corporation.
The new chief executive of Oil & Gas UK has taken up her position with the industry body. Deirdre Michie was appointed by the board of Oil & Gas UK in February and has today formally taken over from Malcolm Webb. Following a brief handover, Malcolm will formally retire on May 31st.
Wood Group has appointed a new chief executive to Wood Group Mustang (WG Mustang). Michele McNichol will succeed Steve Knowles who retires from the company in April. Ms McNichol has more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and has been with WG Mustang since 2001.
