Singapore’s Mooreast Holdings has announced plans to expand its mooring and rigging solutions products range and to enhance partnerships with international players as it eyes expansion in the global floating offshore renewable energy sector following an IPO last November.
The Bridon Group has acquired the Norwegian-based moorings business of ScanRope from the Parker Hannifin Corporation.
The company’s head offices are based in Doncaster which operated across a number of sectors including oil and gas, mining, construction and fishing.
ScanRope is a Norwegian based manufacturer of both steel and fibre deep water mooring systems.
