DNO makes move into West Africa with Foxtrot fling

Sapura Energy will drill offshore Cote d’Ivoire in the first quarter of 2022 for Foxtrot International.
Foxtrot International and its partners in the CI-27 licence have reached a deal to invest in the area to keep gas flowing to power plants.
RAK Petroleum said production has started production from a second platform off the Ivory Coast. The privately-held company said Foxtrot International - in which it owns one third - has moved on to the next phase of the $1billion expansion programme. The first in the series, the Marlin-B1ST well, is currently flowing am average of 1,100 barrels per day of 26 degree API oil.
The United Arab Emirates(UAE) based company RAK Petroleum plans to launch an initial public offering in Norway by the end of the year. RAK Petroleum said the decision to list followed a fifth year of increasing profits which included AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) 58.1 million in 2013.
