Oil services group AGR is looking to repeat the Aberdeen success of its training programme for the industry by rolling the scheme into Norway.
The TRACS training courses have been undertaken by more than 25,000 oil and gas workers in the last 20 years.
Now the company is to launch a new series of programmes aimed at the Norwegian market – initially focusing on engineers and graduates.
“The bespoke graduate programme, which we have been delivering in other regions very successfully, is developed using case study data from each individual client,” said training director Mark Bentley.
