Rosneft considering shares buy back from state holding company

Rosneft said it is considering buying its own shares from the Rosneftegaz state holding company.

Rosneft said it is considering buying its own shares from the Rosneftegaz state holding company.

According to reports, a spokesman is reported to have announced the move on Thursday.

The Russian government plans to sell a 19.% in Rosneft this year using shares owned by Rosneftegaz,
